We are Joey & Lien. A young couple in their twenties. We’ve been in a relationship since we were 15 years old. In the summer of 2019 we bought a house together in the quiet Limburg in Belgium. We both love nature, sports activities, slow living and above all good food with a good glass of wine. In the spring of 2020 we brought Thor, our German Shepherd, into our home as a small puppy. Soon Thor became inseparable from us! Because we both love to travel and would prefer to experience adventures with our four-legged friend, we started looking for a creative solution in February 2021. Soon we came up with the idea to purchase a campervan. After a lot of searching we were able to get our van, which we call Abby. The funny thing is that we made these decisions without really having much experience with vanlife. This is truly the most impulsive but one of the best decisions we’ve made! We love vanlife and are eager to discover new places every moment with our little house on wheels. We can’t imagine our lives without a campervan, it really changed our lives in a positive way.

In the past two years we have been lucky enough to be able to visit a lot of countries with our van. We spent all our vacation days in the best possible way 😉

Some facts of 2022:

• we travelled in total 110 days with our campervan
• made some awesome memories in 15 different countries!
• used 0 campgrounds
• visited the town with the longest – (Wales) and the shortest (Norway) townname in the world
• went to Nordkapp (Norway), most north point on the mainland of Europe
• watched a lot of midnightsuns
• ..
